Streptococcus Eats Man Alive...
34 year old Alex Lewis thought he had gotten a cold when came down sick in November 2013. In fact, it was streptococcus. His organs began to shut down, and he spent a week in a coma. Doctors had to remove both of the man’s feet and a hand to save him. Alex also lost part of the nose and lips.
