Douching is not taking care of yourself. It strips the vagina of the natural fluids and doing it often causes all sorts of problems. Sure it has its place, but it shouldn't be done frequently.

I have a friend who did it too much and has all kinds of issues. She messed up the pH level. You simply drink cranberry juice to keep the acidic level in your urinary tract the way it needs to be. Most guys don't know about caring for vaginas. They are so used to jokes about women smelling like fish. That is an actual condition, but, douching is not the answer. I posted a thread about that on here, but, I do not recall the name. Some just put cologne on their penises instead of washing.  |
