I believe you are right. Either her clit has been removed entirely OR her labia is swollen from infection, but something was going on down there before the flies laid the eggs. Very possibly cervical or uterine/bladder/urethral cancer that had progressed to final stages and necrosis. Or a surgery or female circumcision gone wrong, got infected, tropical climate where water is stagnant and people are uneducated about hygiene. I have a childhood friend who's married name is "Blow". It's funny because she is the most Christian coalition type I know, and she has 5 kids and a 6th on the way.
