I feel incredibly sad for this man. I'm glad the maggots kept him from infection... but still. How very sad.  I got to stop looking at the depressing threads like this... most gore/death/deformity pics don't really get to me... but something about homeless people makes me get really bummed out. Sorry for the pun. |

In the states you can still go to the hospital with no health insurance. They don't turn anyone away if they need help. I know he felt those maggots crawling around.  |
