I seen this on true stories in the er. he lived because the maggots kept the wound clean. if not for them he would have died.

I saw the this story on TLC and let me tell you seeing these maggots moving on this dude leg was freaky to say the least, and the maggots saved him, in fact once they bathed him properly and the maggots were taken off he had no infections what so ever, his skin was almost pristine.
