I have it too. On my knees and elbows along with a spot here and there on my thigh or midsection. I went to dermatologists for 20 some years to no avail. After seeing a rheumatologist he put me on a weekly injection of Methotrexate and I responded immediately. It's an autoimmune disorder caused by an abundance of T cells and not a skin problem. It comes with gnarly arthritis though that my injections also treat.

FFS how do you know if that guy was Gay, there are other ways of getting HIV, what if you had to have a blood transfusion and you got the HIV virus can other people say you were screwing another same sex person.....

eek i have psoriasis all over my scalp, around my nose, eyebrows and ears. No where near as bad as this thankfully but its painful enough. I cant imagine what this must feel like for them.
