Holy shit......  I wouldn't be surprised if he had cancer or something... That's one of the yuckiest things I've seen! I hate maggots!!! Whatever it started as you can see that there's quite a bit of swelling going on around the wound. It would probably have a lot of dead and dying tissue there if not for the maggots. YUUUUCK!!! Although, maggots don't only eat dead skin. There are types of maggots that eat living skin too. |
