Here in the US you dont need a license to buy nitrous oxide, except if you want medical grade. The only difference ( according to Air Products corp) is the racing N2O has a sulfur additive to prevent people from trying to get fucked up on it. But you can remove it with a 4 stage filter, so i have been told LOL
Wow, that's crazy! Here in UK we have so many EU regulations its insane. I read somewhere a while back, you can't even buy borax for killing bugs or using in laundry anymore without some kind of special permission and shops don't really carry it anymore. I can't imagine how difficult it'd be to get nitro here when we aren't even allowed to have mace.

You cant buy Borax or even mace? Wow. You guys cant have firearms for sure then. I wonder what the deal is with the borax? In highschool we used to make play-dough type stuff using borax in science class.

I thought it was going to be mild... It blew the dashcam through the windscreen!!!
It didn't break through the glass, it just turned to face up toward the sky - still inside the car, on the dashboard.
