Yeah it's called glansplasty which makes it look a little more natural (results may vary). The thing is also weirdly pale without medical tattooing.

F2M is a lot more involved. There are basically 2 options. Hope the hormones enlarge the clit to become a very small penis, or get multiple surgeries involving skin grafts, which is a step by step process. I think there are 3 or 4 surgeries before it looks like a "standard" penis. Been researching for a family member who is transitioning.

I read a little bit and they're doing this thing with a rod so you can basically pump to make yourself hard? I don't know a lot about it.
