Looks like rff phalloplasty, female to male-grs. The skin is taken from forearm with blood vessels and nerves, rolled up and attached to the mons pubis. Skin graft is taken from thigh to cover up the donor site. Phalloplasties have extremely high complication rate, most commonly necrosis and fistulas what seems to be happening here. |
