nasty.....i remember seeing this kid who used to live around the town i stayed in in the mid 80s who also had this huge cancerous growth growing out the side of his nose , evertime i saw him it was bigger until eventually it just covered his one eye....i also remember seeing a guy who used to live in Hillbrow who had a long face, just the part under his nose was about 8 or 10 inches long......
