ah yes 'the pooey runner' apparently this is due to lactic acid build up some how, my boyfriend who is a physio was telling me.. the guy didnt even win that race, he came 10th or something, but said hed do it again.. psycho! |

Yeah, this apparently happens to quite a few people. After running 26 miles, your body figures its gotta get rid of the excess weight. A lady I worked with used to run marathons and was sponsored by Nike. They had to airbrush a picture of her, cause she had crapped herself by the end!! LOL
