Model years prior to 2008 didn't have the pedestrian protection system, making outcomes like this more likely. In any case, he should not have strayed into the Jaguar's territory (the road).

I assume it was the CAT, and NOT the CAR. If it had been the car, he would have had tire tracks on his head.  |
