The human body is truly amazing, the way we go from two single cells, unseen by the human eye, to a living breathing human in just 9 short months is just amazing! Just one wrong thing, one wrong gene, one wrong "signal" or "pathway" and things can go terribly wrong as in this poor bub's case. Anyone with "normal" children are blessed, I know I am, as are many others, but poor bubs like this, I think makes us appreciate what we have (no matter how annoying they can be sometimes!!). My heart goes out to any parents out there dealing with such tragedies, I could not begin to imagine what you may be going through......
Kinda looks like a sumo wrestler when they make those ponytail things on their melon before going to a sumo match(yes I know there is a name for it,but I just dont know it.

I don't think it's full term. People just don't realize how developed babies are even at 4 or 5 months. It looks very small in that pan with those hemostats.
