I first saw this quite some time ago, I can't remember if it's on here already though. On 16th January 2019 in Itaituba (Brazil), 25 year old L.S. died after a work accident. He had cut his neck when using a sander.

OMG! Poor young man was in shock. He was obviously choking on his blood and was terrified. He didn’t stand a chance in his location. Maybe not at all. Such a brutal injury. So scary for him and so sad. He was young and nice looking.
