Poor little guy has hydrocephalus, too. Lots of pressure in the brain. See how his eyes bug out and look downward? I am not even sure a US hospital and neurosurgeon could save him. Needs a brain shunt stat--- for starters.

He's also got major brain damage. See how his little hands are turned and flexed? They are frozen that way. I wonder what happened? Looks like he took a hit with a machete! I feel bad for this little one and how hard it must be on his family.

Besides being split wide open, compared to his Gramma's head and compared to his own body his head is HU GE!
It would be amazing if he survives. Is his brain basically exposed inside the split in his head?
