This is ugly for Western standards but in Asian countries discipline by the rod is a daily occurrence, China, Korea, Malaysia et al. This is the traditional way for parents to educate their children, in those countries the police has no business in how parents educate their offspring as opposed the USA where police can do it. Asians are faithful to their traditions, including this. |

Dont include Malaysia if you dont know anything about it. Police do arrest people for child abuse like this clip. Here in Malaysia people do take it serious when child abused by parents. I do get whacked by my parents when I was small for disciplinary action but not this worst.
