what the fuck for  I have kids of my own now and I wouldn't ever engage in any sort of physical form of punishment. Studies show in the long run it is quite counter intuitive anyway. |

There are 2 people to blame here the mother of the child and the one filming!! The person filming should have the shit kicked out of them for not trying to intervene and stop it and the mother should have the same ass whipping the child got and more. So sad for the child.
