Poor kid. My mums scalp was ripped off years ago. She was working at an engineering factory and her hair got caught in some giant rollers. They didn’t have safety guards on them then. They reattached her scalp and hair grew back but it was thin. Hope they can help the little girl. |

This is one of those incidents I really wish we had more information on. I could see her hair maybe getting caught in the prop, but she would have had to been in the water, and how did it not pull her face right into the prop. This is crazy.

Nothing. Given the trauma, ambient temperature, and time to seek treatment, that scalp is unsalvageable. This poor angel will be wearing a wig for life. How she survived without more serious injury to the skull itself is a mystery to me.
