I can't even imagine the chain of events that ended up with this kid losing their entire scalp. Appears to have taken some face along with the scalp, whatever it was. Propeller? Naw. A prop would have chewed the skin up. Pull starter? Too weak. Open flywheel? Hmmm. Inattentive parent? Contributory, fo sho.

I hope they can reattach it of course but it will always require some additional surgery. Very sad that this human will be scarred for life, I hope they get good help and survive

Thats actually really impressive. Not the entire face like the little girl, but it sure gives hope there is something someone can do to help her.

This has to be one of the worst pains an individual can experience. I hope the poor girl makes a full recovery.
