I thought it was part of the cyst sack as well, but it looks like putty, can't figure out what the fuck it is. Regardless, he needs to see a dr, because if he does need antibiotics and doesn't get them, he could end up with septicaemia.

If that was "packing"? They used the wrong packing... like cotton balls or some shit.. Either way, he needs a doctor, namely an infectious disease doctor. And wtf? why are they putting it on his arm? Punishment and rubbing his nose in it for getting a scratcher tattoo? |

I like how the guy who was doing the doctoring used an old finger nail clippers as a twister. He is probably going to infect the wound worse. You may ask,"how could that infection get worse"? You do not want to introduce the crap under dirty finger nails into an open wound. |
