I like how the guy who was doing the doctoring used an old finger nail clippers as a twister. He is probably going to infect the wound worse. You may ask,"how could that infection get worse"? You do not want to introduce the crap under dirty finger nails into an open wound.

Putting infected strips of packing containing god knows what kinda bacteria back onto the arm. Using a nail clipper Not to mention using that pus soaked towl every time instead of paper ones. No gloves etc.
