What the actual hell? I've never seen anything like that. The use of nail clippers and a filthy pus filled rag made it all the more disgusting though. Hope this person went to an actual doctor shortly after.

Pulling that stuff out with the nail clippers made me think of those tv shows about parasites where they're pulling botfly larvae out of people. [*shudder*]
