Eyes, teeth, gums, scalp are all in more or less good condition. Any chemical that I know of the can dissolve skin would dissolve gums, eyes, and scalp as well. Teeth depends on their health to begin with. Also sulfuric in higher percentages 70+ is a real slow burn. Hours to burn, needs water. Going to drown before this happens. Sweet spot is 50-60 percent, even that would not do this damage in a minute or so. Sulfuric with hydrogen peroxide is where the magic happens with dissolving organic matter.

One more thing to add, there is no damage to the shoulders. A liquid there would be some dripping on the shoulders and lower parts of the body. Not just the contact area.

There's no discoloration or sign of reaction products on his face either which is odd. I've seen a few facial acid burn cases and they don't look anything like this. This looks more like he's had his face skinned with a blunt knife.
