Sharon, I also worked in a health sector as a TA (theater assistant) and endured these sights also. I personally have a great deal of respect for DR, there are better debriefing sessions here at DR than from the so called 'caring professionals' I worked under. Abortion is fundamentally an ethical issue, and yet anybody that is not moved by a late abortion such as that one you posted, has serious issues of borderline sociopathy imo. How can any human not feel empathy toward the destruction of an innocent that had its entire life took away from them because of a parents selfish irresponsibility? Some cultures are too radical with life, whereas here in the west we are too liberal. FFS, where is our duty of care regarding conception. No doubt the floozy will again hitch up with her druggo's and lay out sexually for another 'conditional' reward.. Such flouters of consequence should undergo what other feral s have too. Snip for the irresponsible fathers, and a spey for our irresponsible mothers. Thank you for sharing, I find much more compassion and caring for core principles here at DR, than I have ever encountered in the hospitals. |

AWE.....Sharon that story made me cry. That had too have been an absolutely gut wrenching job!! I do not think I would be strong enough to keep going back knowing what's to come. That was sooooo kind of you giving that little one some dignity in death. |

If you don't want a baby, don't have sex. Simple. If someone rapes you and you get pregnant, kill the rapist, not the baby.

My position on this is similar to Kelly's. I believe it is a woman's body and her choice; however, later term abortions are murder pure and simple.
