Harbour and airport under UN control
Extension of the fishing zone
International monitoring of the border checkpoint in Rafah
Assurance from Israel for a 10-year ceasefire and no Israeli aircrafts in Gaza airspace
People of Gaza should be allowed to travel to Jerusalem to the important mosque there
No Israeli intrusion in inner politics and formation of the Palestinian government
Opening of industry zone in Gaza

Not only that. They don't even allow the Palestinians to rebuild their city. Israel controls the border and they decide what goes in what not. Guess what they don't want them to have?
