That's awful. Her attacker might've been mentally disturbed as well... That would explain a lot. Hopefully it wasn't just someone taking advantage of her disability, but that wouldn't surprise me either  |

Considering that there's no sign of any vital reaction in the tissue of the vertical stab wound directly above the woman's naval. I would say that that wound was most likely inflicted upon this poor women post mortem.  |

Any info on what her handicap was? The reason I ask is that if she wasn't able to care for herself, then perhaps a caregiver could be involved |
