Re: Woman Shot Dead Whilst Working Out at the Gym
Well my grandma was schizophrenic, my sister has schizo affective disorder, my daughter's auntie has schizophrenia and one of my friends has schizophrenia, and when they're ill, you see it in the eyes. Once you know the look, you don't forget it. It can be quite scary at times, even when they're acting normal.

Re: Woman Shot Dead Whilst Working Out at the Gym
My son got sectioned under the mental health act on his birthday 27th of March, since been diagnosed with schizophrenia, and a load of other things. He has been hiding it for years, but only the last couple of years, it became very noticable, even fooled his GP. They said it has been so much apart of his life, he learned to deal with it. You are right about the eyes giving it away, he started blinking very quickly, when talking to you, but it has stopped now because of his meds. He has assaulted 2 other patients ,and in the process, broke a nurses nose..He has improved a lot, and gets home for 4hrs a day, but i think his days of being a Plasterer are finished, worked since he was 15yrs old, he is now 35...the old mind is a dodgy beast |
