Woman Shot Dead Whilst Working Out at the Gym
In Lauro de Freitas on the morning of 12th April 2017, 41 year old Jumairah Barbosa was shot dead in a gym. The gunman fled the scene. The man had come to the gym pretending that he wanted to enroll. A trainee brought him into the work-out room. The man approached Jumairah + fired 4 shots at her head. Witnesses state that they saw the man with a gun under his clothes + after he had fired the shots, he got into a car that had been waiting for him (though one article states that security cameras saw him fleeing on foot). Jumairah, who was separated, had been working out at the gym for at least 6 months. A colleague stated, "she was a cheerful, intelligent, good girl, everyone liked her".       |

As a regular gym-goer, I find this to be one of the more surreal posts on DR. It's like she got whacked right in the middle of a set.

I knew a woman who did that with her eyes for selfies, she was worse, made her look gocky as fuck  ... This has to be an ex boyfriend, unless she was involved in the pharmaceutical business.
