She was probably killed somewhere else and bled out there........then her body was taken to this spot and dumped.

She was 19... She was the daughter of a policeman  The daughter of a policeman was kidnapped, tortured and murdered this weekend in Chalco, State of Mexico. The body of the young girl, 19 years old, was found this Sunday in a dirty spot of that municipality. In the Ministry of Public Security confirmed the kidnapping and murder. Police reports indicate that she was kidnapped on Saturday afternoon at the intersection of Reforma and Guerrero, in downtown Chalco. Sources of the municipal Police indicated that she left her house in San Gregorio Cuautzingo. In the center, the young gastronomy student would have been intercepted and forced to board a vehicle. A family member was contacted by the kidnappers from her cell phone, and they warned that they would not harm the girl if they paid a 50,000 pesos ransom that same day. After a series of telephone negotiations with another family member of the victim, the offenders agreed to receive a smaller amount on the condition that it be deposited before 6:00 p.m. on that Saturday at a convenience store. The police reports indicate that her disappearance had already been notified to the authorities. Even in one of the calls, the kidnappers complained to the girl's relative that she had given notice to the police and demanded that she report it as located. After making the deposit of the money collected, her family apparently lost contact with the kidnappers. On Sunday morning, according to reports from municipal authorities, the body of a woman was found in a vacant spot in the town of San Pablo Atlazalpan, also in Chalco. The girl's body showed signs of torture, was lying on her back and her hands were tied with a plastic cord behind, and around her neck was another cord that caused a wound when she was strangled. The ministerial authorities notified her father of the finding of the body, and he identified his daughter.  · |
