Woman Found with Her Throat Cut
On 28th October 2018 in San Pablo Atlazalpan, the body of a woman was found, her throat had been slit. The woman, who's hands were tied behind her back, is thought to be around 30-35 years old (though I read a comment that said she's already been identified + is a 17 year old girl).

Yes, pretty strange. The cut doesn't seem very deep. Couldn't she have been strangled with some cable ? I've already seen cables making such wounds...
