This one is a little strange for Mexico, usually the cartels strip the victims or at least pull the pants down around the ankles to make it hard for them to run.  |

So the face was skinned post mortem? That's something new, usually the narcos use it as a torture method, as the face has tons of nerve endings, so it's fucking painful, to say the least.
