The jaundice present in the male is consistent of liver failure, he also has a distended abdomen and pedal edema which is consistent with kidney failure. My opinion...this man literally drank himself to death..

I don't think I could ever do that for a living, a fresher corpse wouldn't be as bad, but cutting open a rotting meat bag sounds unpleasant and really stinky.
