Corpses prefer to be as comfortable as possible. So it is not unusual for them to, say, take off their shits, pants, or whatever, to relax. What I would like to know is: how did that vehicle manage to get a flat tire? Perhaps the driver was careening at about 90 mph, had a blowout and struck this poor guy. Just a thought.

or else its an epic fail death,

A) get killed by a car with a flat tire.
B) run up to a car that is parking and run so fast the tires pop
C) it was the driver and he crashed and got pulled out of the car
