What is not ever mentioned is that the enemy are dressed as civilians. ANYONE can kill you. Even a child can be used a bomb. I don't condone killing civilians but it's tough when you can't tell the difference. I am just skeptical of the civilian casualty numbers for the same reason. IF any soldier is found to be intentionally killing civilians, they should be dealt with severely.
