Where did the tuk tuk driver and other guy end up? The drunk was hauling it to get the other two to eject pretty far from the scene.

Local news reports never mentioned where they were ejected. It's not clear if the two were ejected far or not. I presume the two were already put into the ambulances by the time the photos and videos were taken. You can see towards the beginning of the first video an ambulance pulling out of the scene. I think the tuk tuk driver was being taken to the hospital then.

I thought that was strange too. People of similar ages, born in difference places, living different lives, meeting at the same place.
