If they want to live their lives as a woman, why not let them? In nature, it only matters that one organism gives birth, while another fertilizes it. In some species females are bigger and stronger, while others have the ability to switch between giving birth and fertilization. Pink used to be a male color, while blue used to be considered feminine. They're artificial constructs that have no relevance in nature. Trans people were only really marginalized in recent times, due to the scourge of western religion and their "sanctity of marriage" bullshit. What's tragic is that in American english the words "female" and "male" are used in both a scientific context and a social context, and people can't seem to separate the two. |
Here's some food for thought: I'm a man, and if my crotch were blown off, or if I was blown in half, and miraculously lived, with the lower section obliterated, would I not still be a man? What of our disembodied souls after death? We are more than the sum of our "parts," and our gender is NOT merely based on a specific organ!
