An extremely common occurrence with suicidal hangings, especially ones involving female decedents. Happens roughly 85% of the time. She probably defecated as well, which is also quite common in hangings but much harder to see in photographs.

Eh, in fairness she was a fairly young teen. A lot of them register as batshit crazy on the scale due to hormones, but straighten out a few years later.
