Honestly, I doubt she was fully wasted drunk or there would be a hell of a lot more urine staining her jeans. Alcohol is a powerful diuretic.

If you click on the third picture it looks like blood, not urine. I may be wrong...I have been before.

I'll eschew a protracted explanation, as every time I bother to explain detailed pattern staining at a crime/accident scene, someone on this forum inevitable comes along and accuses me of urolagnia.

Long and short of it is that the stains further down on her thigh(s) appear to be blood or some other mostly-dried, darker substance. The still-damp staining up at her crotch is most likely urine.
