Ugh, my father's mother died like this and it haunts me. She had Alzheimer's, and that combined with careless staff at her rest home... Well. You try not to blame anyone because you feel like you don't know the whole story or whatever, but for God's sake. Here's a little, old, lady who is out of it- In what world should she ever have been able to get her hands on a bottle of window/drain/whatever cleaner?! |

feel everything at death or feel nothing...to feel alive or to feel empty. don't u want to feel that burning, that destruction of your insides as u struggle and squirm? being in the thralls of death means at that particular moment u are very much alive. u feel everything. hypothetical even though not real of course...did william wallace beg for mercy, to receive the ax to the neck, or did he deny it knowing he would be immersed in pain? looks like these people made their choice. |
