I dunno I would think a black bag and can of balloon helium. Much less mess for the cleaner although nitrogen would be better.

However I wonder if helium would make you react like you were suffocating whereas I think nitrogen would just cause you to pass out.

Edit I was partially right. the feeling of needing a breath of that suffocating feeling is caused by the build up of co2 apparently it would make you pass out without that "I cant breathe feeling". Oh and both gases would work the same way as they are inert and just replace the o2. Interesting....

Freaky. I think I like air and oxygen too much to want to try. but if I did then that would be my preferred method. I wouldn't be selfish enough to make then have to mop my blood up too. . Plus make sure you go to the toilet too so as to leave as little mess as possible to clean up
