Re: Step Mother Murdered Young Boy
I see...and to a minor point I empathize your stance. However, playing judge, jury, and executioner (a.k.a. vigilantism) cannot be justified in any sense of the matter. Sure, any rational (or near rational) person can see the insanity of a particularly cruel and inhumane act. But its the insanity itself; the misperceived reality of the host, the irrational justification of ones actions, or as you so eloquently put it " the diseased pieces of crap" that is the issue. Kill the patient to rid the disease? Furthermore, this so called "bleeding heart" takes no stance or arrives at no achievement concerning judgement. Who am I to judge? Better yet, who are you to judge? Moralistically speaking, ones standards of another's ethical and/or moral behavior is only based on the bias of the one who perceives it. Hence, for most, the need to rid the world of scum. Don't misunderstand....my sympathy for the those who die, whether by the hands of the irrational, the immoral, the unethical, or by the stupidity of themselves or others, is one of grief and sorrow; especially for the young. But I also know that...as long as we humans inhabit this existence, it WILL continue to happen. Death, whether peaceful in bed, or violently within the confines of hell on earth, will come to us all. Predestined and absolute. |
