i always wondered why they stitch up dead bodies ? obviously if they did an autopsy because everything would be open and possibly fall out but why stitch those little spots on her back ? no one will even notice lol

It's done to all dead bodies to make them presentable in caskets for the funeral. it's an involved process but it's so the chemicals that are put inside the body to hold it together don't leak out all over
