The "Madres Buscadoras" (Searching Mothers) of Sonora reported the discovery of six bodies buried in what they identified as a possible clandestine grave. The members of the group found government ID cards, cell phones, keys, wallets, clothing, and a notebook with names and phone numbers.

Via the ID cards, three of the corpses were identified as:
Aurora M.H., of Yécora
Alexia F.O.M., of Hermosillo, who had been reported missing on 18th October 2023
Ulises V.M., of Hermosillo, who had been reported missing on 26th March 2024

The other three bodies remain unidentified for now.
