Just saying. Not convinced from the video that we know what killed her. If they would have simply opened her eyes or mouth we could tell more. No doubt they did those examinations but they didn't film it. Instead they show the stomach contents. Why?

The damage done to the esophagus would indicate both thumbs strongly pushed in, yet I see no bruising from the grip along the sides of the neck that would be required to do that. Not saying it is or isn't, just inconclusive to me.
