She was strangled or hanged. Petechia on the skin and trachea was crushed.

There seems to be holes on down her trachea. The black stippling of the skin is odd also. I'm not seeing convincing evidence from this video that constricton of the neck was the cause of death.

Unless I missed it I didn't see them exhamin the hyoid bone. They did not show the eyes, eyelids and underneath the lips for broken capilaries. All this common in a stangulation autopsy.

I think a caustic could be involved also.

We have seen a lot of strangulations here on DR, and I have never seen all the black splotching on the neck, and the inside throat area looks chemically killed and black
