well, there ARE many spies discovered.

last month a major chinese social network displayed ip address under an you-know-what topic, and found most accounts supporting ______ were from outside china.

and thanks to these cyber force, many gore artists(ie. one of my friend) are caught by the cops.

hackers arn't all from USA, if you ever had a run in with the law in China.... you know it's mostly trumped up charges. "Spying" could be anything, from dating the girl the local politician's son likes, to owning a business that someone with connections envy. Once they find that your connections are more solid than theirs, it's a misunderstanding and they will buy you a dinner and the evening companions. Despite the corruption and the totalitarian rule, China has the most lucrative market and is a wonderful place to live if you are connected.

DR is beyond the great firewall of China, I have to use VPN to reach DR while in China anyways. There's no danger here, you can speak freely.

well, last week chinese government announced, they detected and stopped a large scale cyber attack from US onto Russia, via trojaned chinese computers.
