Robbery Suspect Blasted by Bystander and Dumped by Partners
This 22 year old woman in Belem, Brazil participated with several men in the armed robbery of an eating establishment, subsequent to which they fled in a getaway car. As they were fleeing the scene, a bystander saw a diner employee come running out, screaming about being robbed. Valiantly, if a bit recklessly, the bystander pulled out his sidearm and took several shots at the fleeing car. The car made it out about a block and a half before pulling over. According to witnesses on the street, the car pulled over and they saw a woman slumped over on her side in the back seat. Two men got out of the car, pulled her body out of the back seat, and dumped her by the side of the road before getting in and driving off. Presumably she was the only one hit by the vigilante's bullets. The other men have not been identified and the car is being sought by law enforcement. The woman had been shot once in the back of the head and once through the cheek from the rear. According to the witnesses, she appeared already dead when they pulled her out of the vehicle and her death was confirmed when police and ambulance arrived a bit later. The weed of crime bears bitter fucking fruit indeed.  ·  · |

I wonder if they have the felony murder rule in Brazil. In the USA, the robbers themselves would likely be charged with the lady's murder, given that it happened in the course of committing a felony (armed robbery).

I don't get why they stopped the car to dump her body. Sure it's probably unpleasant to have her in the car but if she's a known associate of theirs the police could find them now that they have her identity.

Proof that there are no friends in that type of life. Clearly didn’t give a damn about this broad at all. That’s what happens when you decide to tag along with criminals thinking it would be a “cool” thing to do. |
