In many countries, pornography depicting people of ANY age is illegal and considered obscene. I'd say that's more likely the case here, he probably had a huge porn collection in one of these states. Some of those pictures look like fairly young girls, though not prepubescent, but most of it looks mainstream. He was probably slain simply for owning pornographic images.
