Partial Suspension Hanger (Female)
Finally some decent quality images and angles with no censoring. Fuck me, it's harder than hell to find decent female hangers these days. I mean, it always has been. But moreso now than ever. Anyway, here are some antemortem, suspended, and cut-down images, including ligature mark closeups and facial closeups. She was 18. Doesn't look like she's been dead too long, as there is still fresh saliva dripping off of her protruding tongue. Though I also see a bit of livor mortis in her right forearm, so maybe an hour or two. She appears to have urinated on the floor and one foot is still standing in it, though the other foot is about 9-15 inches away from the other puddle. Not sure if her body shifted that far back during her death throws while hanging or if she's been moved slightly by a family member/police/forensics/etc. Family has claimed that she was murdered and the hanging staged, but that is a frequent claim over there and this looks like a pretty legit hanging suicide to my amateur eye.  Anyway, an investigation was opened into the young woman's ex-fiance, but nothing seems to have come of it.

Nice find, Ved'. What a pretty outfit she chose to die in. Do you think that bears any significance, such as maybe what she would have worn at her wedding had she not separated from her ex?

Wonder if this was another "arranged marriage get rid of your fiance for the jackass WE chose for you to marry" situation. You wonder what is wrong with the parents over there. I know I would tell my parents that if they pick someone for me, and it isn't going to work, they will spend their elder years living in a dog kennel, being beaten ever day, so they better watch their own asses! |

Looks like a lace salwar kameez. With it looking like lace, I'd go with that engagement event looming and she wanted out of the whole situation. |

Not really sure. But the backstory was that her parents allegedly broke off the engagement because three months after it was arranged, they uncovered 'disturbing information' about the man's character and decided he was a bad match for their daughter. Their legal case asserts that he and his family murdered the girl and staged it as a suicide as revenge for her family breaking off the engagement and costing them the dowry she would have provided. |

Ah, interesting. So there's still quite a few unanswered questions about the whole situation. Though it seems like one of those that we'll never know who to believe. If it was an arranged marriage, then I'm assuming the girl didn't have any say in the bloke she was to marry. Maybe to get their daughter out of the wedding, her parents either did really uncover such information about the bloke or they completely made it up. It does seem an odd choice to wear such a 'fancy' outfit to off herself, but then maybe she was from a well-off family + it was just regular clothing to her. But then if she had been murdered, it could have been what she would have worn on the day + they purposely dressed her as such. It'll be interesting to see how this pans out, if you find any updates at a later time.
