My guess is he owned a Komodo dragon,tried to seduce it with those pink dollar store panties but dragon ate his entire face instead

Took a realy close up of that supposed face, never seen anything like it, the head looks like it's been cut of with a sharp blade, going by the clean cut, but  happened after that.. Lovely find out, something must have been knawing at the face..
